Lewis and Ashworth actually got the judge to reverse his own ruling!
I was arrested for two first degree felonies, Money Laundering, $200K and Misapplication of Fiduciary Property, $200K, which was absolutely untrue. What was really going on was my old boss at the state agency for whom I had previously worked was out to get me. Lewis and Ashworth reviewed my records and the state’s discovery and came up with a plan. They continued to press the state for the discovery that they knew was missing (from my records and holes they noticed in the discovery that the state had provided), and then filed various motions to dismiss and motions to quash. Using the state’s discovery, Lewis and Ashworth actually got the judge to reverse his own ruling that the state investigators would not testify. Lewis and Ashworth then used the testimony of the state investigators, along with the discovery and their arguments, to get a DISMISSAL of all charges. The attorneys at Lewis and Ashworth did an excellent job of explaining the steps of the process and their strategy to me. They were very thorough and professional and their fees are very reasonable. I give Lewis and Ashworth my highest recommendation. Thank you!

He always kept me reassured that things would work in my favor. Which they did and I’m so grateful!
Thomas acted actively on my case and was very professional in every encounter we had. Over the 2 1/2 months that we worked together he always kept me updated, went into detail about the case, and always kept me reassured that things would work in my favor. Which they did and I’m so grateful. I would definitely recommend him to defend you!

What he did was give me a second chance, and I won’t ever forget that.
Daniel is a great lawyer. He has a very down to earth approach on things, but will try his best to find every possible way to make sure you win your case. He’s quick witted and invokes optimism in his clients. He was my court appointed lawyer, but he treated my case as professionally as possible. I’m sure I’d have to spend thousands of dollars to find an attorney as good as him. What he did was give me a second chance, and I won’t ever forget that.

He was able to get my case dismissed!
Mr. Lewis is about as professional as they come. He is very polite, respectful, and considerate. He was able to get my case dismissed after I simply followed the rules of a plea. He was very clear about how and when things needed to happen, and was available via email when I had questions about my case. This is remarkable because he was appointed (not hired). All in all, I’m very satisfied with my experience.

He didn’t beat around the bush and explained every scenario that we could face and was honest with us.
Mr. Lewis came to us highly recommended by a friend and they were not kidding. He made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. He didn’t beat around the bush and explained every scenario that we could face and was honest with us. With this said, I can see him hired by us in the near future. I totally recommend him to anyone for a consultation.

He is super easy to talk to, he listened, never judged, and he worked hard to get me the best possible outcome.
Mr. Lewis was absolutely the best lawyer I have ever had. He is super easy to talk to, he listened, never judged, and he worked hard to get me the best possible outcome. I will NEVER use another lawyer other than him ever again.

I was elated when the judge granted the motion, which led to the dismissal of my case!
Being charged with a criminal offense is a nightmarish experience. It puts your life at stake in so many ways. Until your case is resolved, everything is so uncertain. I was a former attorney in another state and the situation was still harrowing, probably even more so because you don’t expect to be on the other side of the law. Daniel was a GODSEND! From the first time I spoke to him, he made me feel relaxed and at ease about the situation. He is very professional. He was very experienced and knowledgeable. He explained the court process and the possible outcomes I faced, from the best to the worst case scenario. Although he saw a way that he could possibly win a dismissal in my DWI case, he gave me a realistic view of his chances of winning his argument. I knew he was prepared to fight for me, but he had also prepared me for whatever the outcome would be. He filed a Motion to Suppress and I was elated when the judge granted the motion, which led to the dismissal of my case. He did and awesome job. In criminal court, it is crucial that you have an attorney who has a passion for what they do, one who really cares or your rights could easily be trampled. With Daniel as my attorney, I felt that I had a true ally and more. I would encourage anyone to hire him. Don’t leave your life to chance when you find yourself charged with a criminal offense. Call Daniel Lewis! As a side note: he was my court appointed attorney and he provided me a defense that was worth thousands of dollars. I will never forget him or the experience.
